The Colorado Hospital Association (CHA) collected the data that is used for the quality measures. Hospital scores for the quality measures were calculated using software from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). Colorado hospitals were given the opportunity to review their data, and provide comments to the general public. The following hospitals submitted comments:
